To be fair I read the comics and knew what was gonna go down and still was shocked by it. This adaptation is excellent.

I assumed when the soldiers and medics appeared, they would fix everyone up…I was like “ok these are some advanced dudes with future tech they are definitely going to revive them.”

Tbf nolan was a good father to mark for most of his life. Ofc calling his mother a pet, revealing a plot to conquer the planet, and beating mark within an inch of his life kinda negated a lot of that…
