    I totally forgot about Mr Hat. What happened to Mr hat? I know Mr Stick makes an appearance and then Garrison becomes gay and get his Teachers Ass (or mr slave) and then Hat never came back. Mr Hat that is not Hat that’s in jail for killing babies

      Mr. Hat still shows up from time to time! In the episode 200, Mr. Hat is dug out of storage to answer questions about Cartman’s father. Mr. Hat also appears in the Vaccination Special towards the end. But all this shouldn’t have happened anyways because in South Park: Bigger, Longer, and Uncut, Satan took Mr. Hat back to hell with him.
