I know the question often asked here is, “why other show makes me feel like Ted Lasso did,” and I searched so long for that answer. It wasn’t until I began re-watching The Newsroom for the 40th time I realized, this is as close to Ted Lasso.
Not even The West Wing comes as close as The Newsroom. Just sharing with you all.

Did HBO cancel it or did Aaron Sorkin stop wanting to make new episodes? I thought it was Sorkin who wanted to end the show after the third season.
Regardless, I agree, I wish there were more than just the 3 seasons/25 episodes.
It got a bit preachy at times, but that’s not not a Sorkin thing.
