I too am familiar with the area and you are correct. This is what many people around here sound like🤷‍♀️. I think she may have more trouble than most opening her mouth fully when she talks, for whatever reason, but people from different areas in the US have different accents, some are easier for others to understand and some are harder. It is what it is. No need for everyone online to be so mean!!
