    it’s sad his culture discourages unmarried men from casually dating.

    I don’t see a scenario in which he’d marry someone 20+ years his elder anywhere else.

        They’re good people but cmon. If this guy was able to freely date, no reason to settle for such a big age gap.

          In his specific situation it’s his trauma from his mom. He doesn’t want a partner he wants a mom. I do agree with your point though. I can’t imagine not being able to date around to figure out what you like/need.

      His family and culture discouraged the age difference on top of everything else.

      Sumit was putting out a catfish picture of himself. He finally risked his own picture and Jenny thought he was cuter

      It’s a quirky fun relationship that beat some very daunting odds!
