    Those houses on the beach in Venice are multi million dollar houses. Most people rent them out as vacation rentals, but even a house blocks away from the water is still millions. Like a 800sqft bungalow. They can dream but the dream is a ways off.

      Yeah. I live a couple miles away from Venice so I get it. You can rent a nice place nearby and still consider yourself close to the beach. Inglewood isn’t really beach accessible unless you cut through the LAX area. But Culver City, where I live is very much accessible, so I’d call it “close”.
