Isn’t the repub legislature still in a position to squash it? I know they are already making statements about the abortion issue being something they will try to overturn, and that’s something now enshrined in the state constitution. Happy for you all, just mildly worried about your states conservatives fucking it up for you.
They kinda did in VA, voters legalized marijuana a couple of years ago but there are still no legal sales in the state because the Republican governor and legislature refuse to let anything move forward.
