Theory: Omni-Man got the Zim treatment

When I watched Invincible S2E1 something in the recap caught my attention, Omni-Man’s line about a Viltrumite being sent to weaken a planet and him being sent to earth. Earth was already weak to start with compared to Viltrumites. He killed all of the guardians in minutes and earth’s military might “mimics a fraction of their power”. This makes me feel like Omniman was given the Zim treatment.
