my guess??probably something to do with the mauler twins cloning technology. cecil has been shown to steal technology of people he captures.
around the end of the episode, donald seemed quite surprised at debbie’s reaction towards him(seeing as he died and all). idk what exactly is going on but i’m sure as season 2 progresses we’ll find out
Wouldnt call it stealing tbh. But yeah its clear that the GDF combines and applies all knowledge earth has so its probaly cloning (resurrection seems unlikely since there wasnt anything left of donald after that small nuke).
