I think that unfortunately, Nikki is trying to meet the expectation in her mind of how she would look beautiful, and it has led to many surgeries. I am sorry, and I feel bad, but I have a hard time watching her because it seems like the top 1/3 of her face is compacted, and the bottom 2/3 of her face is elongated.
