Did my ears deceive me, or did Nikki say “inspector GIDG-IT?”

Is it not Inspector Gadget?! Have I been deceived my entire childhood by calling the go go gadget man the wrong name?! I also think inspector gadget is probably not the correct detective to reference Niks hahaha I’d be hitting up Sherlock Holmes before I’d want a cartoon man with gadgets as limbs to do my investigating.

But more importantly, can someone PLEASE validate my childhood and tell me it is actually Inspector GADGET and not Inspector GIDGET 😂
