In the very first episode Nolan seemed to go back and forth about Mark getting powers. And when mark finally did, Nolan’s response at the dinner table was disappointment/unhappiness until Debbie kicked his leg.
Might be a dumb question and I might be overlooking somethin obvious, but could someone shed some light on that for me?
Because he knew that he had to restart his plans. He was, weirdly, perfectly happy with the idea that humans were incompatible.
