My prediction is that closet mom will rise to being one of the most toxic patents to ever be on 90DF. She will demonstrate extreme passive aggression, co-dependence, and will stop at no cost to maintain her hoard and control over her child. It’ll be a slow burn but eventually her true colors will show.
They have no couch or kitchen table as the animal cages/beds take up all the floor space. Did they both just sit in their own rooms all day? Has he never had friends over? He needs to find a better setup for the guinea pigs (maybe vertical) and reclaim the living space for the humans. Maybe mom would stop shopping so much if she had to keep all her crap in her closet! I hope he gives her a deadline so he can move on with his adult life.
