I just rewatched all of Dr Honda’s videos about her. Unfortunately I dont have much hope for the relationship unless she’s been going to therapy. He does seem like the best partner we’ve seen her have, he doesn’t get easily triggered. I hope for her sake they’re able to have a healthy relationship because watching her repeatedly rush into serious relationships with assholes and then be hurt over and over was brutal. But as Dr Honda has said, someone with complex issues like Darcey needs YEARS of therapy to recover.

Anyway about the money I definitely always got the impression their Dad covered most bills, didn’t people figure out that their house of 11 thing doesn’t really make money? This sounds harsh but it seemed like they played pretend at careers they weren’t actually good at while Dad supported them lol. They also seemed like they might live above their means trying to portray themselves as more wealthy than they are. Or maybe they do think it’s normal to ask strangers for money, who knows.
