If Viltrumites age slowing why does Mark look like a 17 year old while being 17 but Omni Man only looks like he’s in his mid 40s even though he’s over 2000 years old

Not really, a lot of fictional races age normally, and then once they reach full maturity, the aging begins to slow down. By the time Mark gets Nolan side greys, he’ll be centuries years old.
They explained this in episode 1, no? Like, Nolan spelled it out: the older a viltrumite gets, the slower they age.
Mark aged normally until he got his powers. His physical aging slowed down from that point on.
