People have said that Danielle’s Spanish isn’t that great. Those who are fluent Spanish speakers, how are Ashley’s skills?
Yes. Ashley has to learn how to conjugate verbs and needs to drop all the excess pronouns that she uses, but she seems motivated. If Manuel sticks around, she’ll get plenty of practice and improve quickly. Danielle, on the other hand, sounds like Tarzan from the old 1930s movies. She seems to think that she’s doing just fine but, in reality, her communication with Yohan is rudimentary. On top of that, she slips into English whenever the topic gets a little complicated and expects Yohan to understand her. It all goes hand-in-hand with her personality (which, of course, stinks).
