The benefit of foresight can add a lot to some scenes. Ones off the top of my head that I can think of are:

Ted’s reaction to when Jamie says “You’re luckeh” after Ted said that his dad “was harder on himself than he ever was on me.”

The reason Jamie acts how he does in season 1 being the way his father treats him.
