My pick would have to be the A Whole Nother Story trilogy, in which (spoiler warning) you can only travel back in time. But because time is in a loop of sorts, if you go before the beginning of time, you will be at the end of time. From there you can go back to any time you want to. And time paradoxes cannot be produced. Plus, your memories from the previous timeline exist as well as the memories from the new one.

If you say interesting take, I like the following two:

    1. Recursion by Blake Crouch: It is a very different take on time than the usual time travel. Telling what it is will be a spoiler.
    2. Seven and a Half Lives of Evelyn Hardcastle. This is technically a time loop but this have a similar element that comes in time travel which I found amusing. Usually in time loop a person can change the events. In this the person can’t and what happened will happen.
