Nah, that episode was really good. It made some really good parallels to the NCAA and how corrupt it (and EA) really are. The episode is definitely a bit outdated with the introduction of NIL but it still is culturally relevant
I dont find it brutal at all. That episode is in my top 5 all time. It’s Matt and Trey at their best imo. Taking a huge shot at the NCAA and making a point that is very accurate imo. And doing it in such an over the top manner that is outrageous and offensive but also kind of the way it is in principle at least.
The scene with Cartman in the AD office asking how he gets away with not paying his slaves is maybe my favorite South Park clip ever. Top 5 for sure.
