That wasn’t Scott’s father in the Chilli, just Cartman’s. Why would this be? Who would Scott’s father be. It’s been glaringly obvious this whole time.
Scott’s real father is Phillip.
Two characters in the history of South Park have had cancer in their ass. Scott Tennorman and Phillip Argyle.
What’s more, both were not exactly nice to Cartman after he did something good for them. It was Terrance who spoke but Phillip seemed to agree after Cartman saved them, “Hey, some little fat kid saved us.”
Scott on the other hand, Cartman did a montage of making things right for the people he wronged in season 9, he hadn’t wronged Scott since then and Scott was still butt hurt about Season and plotted revenge.
So yeah, Scott isn’t Cartman’s half brother. Scott’s father is Phillip.
On the subject, seems like they might have been planning the Denver Bronco’s as Cartman’s father for a while. In the ice cream episode, Cartman had a false flashback of the Broncos being his father.

Scott didn’t really have cancer in the ass. Cartman told Radiohead that lie to get them to come to the Chili Con Carnival so they can watch Scott cry over realizing he ate his parents.
