For a 1 classroom daycare. 30 kids @ 1300 for a 1500 square foot space, let’s say 4K in rent, 2K for utilities, 3k for insurance. All generous over estimates. The boss takes 10k. That leaves 303 dollars a day for 3 daycare aids. Which is 37 an hour.
I was gunna say. My friends pay 300 a week for 1 kid. This is what the country is like now a days and why so many are just staying home and going on tight tight budgets.
Yeah the first daycare my son was at, it was $1600 a month for just him and right before we moved him to a different one, they were raising their rates so it was gonna be like $1695. So $1300 actually isn’t as bad 😂
1300 per kid sounds about right.
Stay home and take care of them yourself. Quality of care, with Loren 💯 best.
It’s 3.900, my frirend!!❤️🇧🇻
I was about to chime in . We paid 1350 for school hours. 9-3.
Especially for the area of South Florida they’re in
I just did the math.

11 years ago I was paying 1600 for my son, so that actually sounds cheap.

In many places in the world outside usa, that is a full time adult salary

I was paying 1300 13 years ago for two toddlers, this does sound about right.
Yup. Even more expensive for a nanny. We pay $3500 plus PTO and sick pay for ours.
Yeah. I pay £2100 a month for one in London. That doesn’t sound bad at all.
I pay 450xweek for 1 child. There are other day cares 60-80 more a week. Seems accurate.
