This is actual delusion. In the first season she screamed at Mark for leaving her (when she knew for a fact he was actually saving her), and after her boyfriend saved her, she proceeded to meet up with a guy because she thought he was single.
It’s not racism, it’s not misogyny, she just happens to be a woman that is black and also a shit person. These things aren’t mutually exclusive.
