Probably. We don’t get to see much of full powered eve, but from what we know, she can use her powers on people and animals. She can do the Medusa and turn people to stone with a glance. But that’s not all, her powers can change not only their bodies, but also their minds. She doesn’t need to turn people to stone when she can just make everyone love her (even if the bare minimum she can do is change their memories, who wouldn’t love the girl they remember raising as their daughter?)

She can also use her powers to replicate a LOT of others, including any of the guardians. She can change her body however she wants, so she’s got shapeshifting (including stretching or shrinking), healing, bulletproof skin, phasing through objects, creating water blasts, making objects explode, stopping her aging. She could create clone bodies and probably even give them life (she can manipulate minds, so I don’t think it’s toooo much of a stretch to assume she could program one from scratch). Yeah eve without the mental blocks could basically be a god

!Bro Eve could obliterate Viltrumites with a thought, is functionally immortal and can rebuild people stronger, meaning she can level up the whole verse. Assuming the lack of a mental block would enhance her inorganic matter manipulation also, she’d be unmatched. !<
