So we know she of course gets younger every time she transforms, but has it ever been confirmed that when she’s not transformed she ages as normal?
I know that wouldn’t really help anything and benefit her but im just curious?

Yeah in the comics every time she transforms she de-ages by a week, so if she uses her powers more than once a week she is guaranteed to get younger faster than she gets older. I doubt it works like that in the show given she is seen causally switching back and forth multiple times. Shot in the dark, but I’m guessing the duration of her transformation is what impacts how much she regresses in age. Like, maybe she loses a couple days per minute or something.
In Season 1 (I don’t remember the Episode), when Robot gave everyone their training schedules after all the Members of the New Guardians were chosen, she tells Robot that she can’t do training three times a day because it de-ages her one week per transformation. So I guess they kept that in line to the comics.
