    If Eve was constantly at full power it’d be her show, there would barely be a need for anyone else. If she could use her powers on biological matter all the time she could just rip Viltrumites apart with her mind, not to mention anybody else. Cecil would probably end up trying to take her down though seeing her as way too much of a threat if she went off the rails
