Having a frank sit down where he acknowledges what he did and asks for forgiveness and creates a plan of action to win her back would have meant much more. She’s basically giving him a pass on the cheating that she shouldn’t, but he’s putting the most minimal amount of effort into their relationship the way he has with his own life.
