This list is incredibly puzzling. On one hand u have Neil Mcbeal, vance and that creepy writer dude high and u think, “oh the list maker must enjoy these asshole characters and their relevance to real life celebs and people”.
And then… u look at f tier, and u have the cnn whale guy, the CEO of white whale industries and Daniel Radcliffe!!

okay because neil, philbeet writer, and vance all have really funny roles. white whale and the cnn guy aren’t as relevant or funny and they’re just annoying, so they’re down. also, i didn’t find the paige sinclair thing funny and i thought she was annoying even though her takedown was obviously relevant
