I think she is like many of these serial plastic surgery patients (the Ken doll guy, the cat lady)who have a fantasy of what they want to look like (the one guy is a Madonna impersonator) and they just keep aiming for that look. Nikki looks like she wants to be Barbie. I did NOTICE on last nights episode that she wears padded undergarments to enhance her breast & butt areas. Take a close look at the scene where she is in her bra & spanx.
