That being said, I need another special, when’s the next instalment coming. Just comparing how the show has managed to blossom and bear fruit is every season from its root inception is always going to be praised for me.

I think South Park has remained good over its run. True, we need more stuff and specials cuz it’s been a while, but still.
Because most shows do… South Park is something that has surprisingly lasted. I think it may be the way the show evolves. I find past season 9, I like fewer episodes per season. I own 1-15 and may continue buying, but I’m pretty satisfied with what I have… personally. It’s still not disappointing in newer episodes tho. The Simpsons and Family Guy are being wrung to death and haven’t been worthwhile for a long time now, imo. But the majority of shows, past 6 to 10 seasons, just go stale.
But I also like Japanese anime because some things are perfect in just 2 - 6 episodes, lol.
The last 3 seasons have like 12 episodes and 2 specials combined we are in the dog shit tier of southpark atm I think as soon as they got offered billions they stop caring and just slap together nonsense now. The 20 odd seasons before had peaks and dips but you can’t knock consistency

I have to state it though, I’m more impressed at having no knowledge of any new South Park coming out, to basically question and be 2 days early for a special is weirdly impressive to me.
Am I part psychic, I say this because the first time I done something like this, my lil cousin was trying to show me about a YT show Barry tales. No word of a lie I never saw this show before but as the intro showed the main characters, I said what each of their roles were in the show and he was like bro how tf do you know this. I told him bro I kinda guessed but did I get it right and I roughly got it 95% spot on.
Next time was during the wait for Rick and Morty season 3 when I told my same cousin that they would release a new one either on Christmas and let people know beforehand, or they would do barely any promotion and drop it on April fools. Now the joke is, I was in hospital and after a while of not having shit to do, I sent money to get a laptop. Went to my cartoons site and what do I see on April 2nd… Rick and Morty season 3 came out. I had to do a lil research and found out I was pretty much right again.
So my theory is, I may have some form of psychic powers residing in the form of reading the future. Though the power is half assed as I don’t know how to use it to my own advantage but it has a weird relation to entertainment.
Any one wanna do tests on me, average scientist weirdos only no governments.
South Park has changed a lot of the years, grown up and down and up again.
Another special my ass… how about another actual season. I don’t give 2 craps about an hour long episode. Oh I’ll watch it, for sure. But this is just BS at this point. No reason not to have a new episode each week. Especially given how much there is to make fun of. And FFS unban the 4 (5 now?) episodes.
Stan’s voice change is a sign that it’s coming to an end.
Never got uninterested until the last couple of seasons. I miss when shows would go for 20ep each season
