But it’s funny that he abandoned his children and didn’t tell them where he was going, but won’t introduce his fiancée to “protect them” in case she gets mad at them? Ok lol

Can’t say about this particular situation but we’ve seen plenty of Americans on the show (women and men) who seem to think they ‘get to be in charge’ if they bring a foreigner in to live with them/be their mate.
She can’t find anyone else. She’s gone through every man in her area and knows she wouldn’t find anyone in the city.
This is the only man that will put up with her nonsense, and she knows it, and he knows it. So, we have the power struggle that we see. She knows at first opportunity, he’s out, and she’s kicking and screaming all the while.
