When I see the way Kimberly acts, specifically the covering her ears, screaming, and going from a 0 to 10 like the flick of a switch, I sit here wondering if this is truly who she is or just an acting scheme.
If she is truly like that the girl needs some serious help (in my opinion). It just seems like she can’t handle anything. Don’t get me wrong, there are definitely situations in which she has been done dirty by lack of translation or insight into what’s going on.
Opinions, please: is she acting, or is this really who she is?

It’s very hard to live in the same house as all of your in-laws. It’s as if everyone got dibs on what they want and you’re left with cow dung. I’d go insane too. In fact, I know someone who had a breakdown. Nobody took her to the psychiatrist or psych ward. She walks around like a ghost. I think they’re hoping she’d jump off a building or commit suicide.
Americans take a lot of freedom for granted. Even my husband said the Indian culture has too many rules. This coming from a man who was raised by a very demanding OCD mother.
These people are single and kind find a good man in their own city is a huge red flag!

I’ve been there before, at a breaking point of a partner yelling at you which makes you yell. I’ve never grabbed my ears & rocked back and forth while screaming in a fight, but yes, I’ve had moments like that bf….

She is an actress like the rest of the cast
As a guy who grew up in a culture similar to India and having a thing for dating basic white girls who don’t venture outside their home towns much… Kimberly was pretty much like all of them. She’s not acting, she’s kind of a stereotype of this type of girl. Hard to explain, but you know when you know.
