For me, currently, it is Cleopatra and Frankenstein by Coco Mellors. There is a lot of hate about this book. I don’t know why, the book for me is awesome. First few pages and I’m already hooked. Some chapters got me guessing on the relevance of it in the story but it all made sense at the end. Though it’s a debut novel by Mellors and some writing needs to be improved. Looking forward for her future books.

    Me too - i read some Parts from time to time again (all the ETA Parts) but i Skip some routes in the desert and other Parts which are really long but i enjoyed the first time Reading it but cant do it again.

    (To be more exact: i want to read the eschaton Game again for the fist time. I was laughing tears. So much fun… but only the First time also it dont get the vibe when you read it isolated)

      I love that desert narrative! Also, the story of the videotape.

      I will probably do a full read-through again some day. I am currently reading his A Supposedly Fun Thing I’ll Never Do Again, and it shows you how his personal history informed his writing of IJ.
