Like in Sexual Harrassment Panda(Season 3, Episode 6), we can see that the inhaler belongs to Stan when Cartman saw the inhaler in Stan’s bedroom after Stan was being sued by Cartman, but we never got to see him using his inhaler. So I was curious if Stan really has an asthma but lighter, not heavy, or it was an error.
I don’t think you ever hear about Kyle having diabetes after it was introduced either

Im not sure they thought about that that deeply… if you wanted some plausible explanations though, most people with asthma only have occasional flare ups. A majority is seasonal aswell, or during physical activity. I have asthma and i really only use mine during the fall. The asthma depicted in media or the news is often severe asthma. Its a spectrum
