I had an existential crisis/depressive episode a few years ago and needed guidance so I got “the subtle art of not giving a fuck,” “it didn’t start with you,” and “I don’t want to be an empath anymore.” All of them are so…. If you wish it and think about it hard enough you can succeed because you’re fucking amazing!! and if you’re not successful fuck everyone else! IIRC in it didn’t start with you the author literally talks about how he cured his physical blindness by repairing his relationship with one of his parents. I think I stopped reading after that because it was just so ridiculous.
