Roy is def my fav character and these scenes… love!
I thought Season 3 was a massive flanderization of Roy YMMV. Roy was perfection in season 1 and the highlight of season 2. And a shell of his own self and a weird made up plot point character in season 3
agreed. i don’t mind this scene but there were a few that took Roy way too back. i mean, Ted , Rebecca, Keeley and Jamie had some relapses to their older issues, which seemed to be done on purpose as part of their arcs,
but Roy was way too much of a caricature of his old self a few times in s3. but i guess i kind of forgave the writers when
they didn’t reward him and instead made him, SPOILERS, end up rejected by Keely and in therapy. that was fitting, considering how he was in s3.
Roy’s so CUTE! Especially when he’s fighting his inner Lasso.
I was so happy when he finally asked to become a Diamond Dog!
I respectfully disagree.
For me, Roy was officially won over in the Trent Crimm episode, when Roy was reading to Phoebe in bed. Fuck!
Roy started turning into Ted in the Rom Com episode. “You had me at coach”.
Roy further turning into Ted: the press conference, explaining/discussing Isaac’s actions with the fan (he tells a story, like Ted does in his lessons)
He’s not Ted, but he can’t stop the transformation now: Sharp Dressed Men and Assquatch
The automatic nature where we just falls into the line is so funny too, like it’s out of his mouth before he can stop it.
Oh make it stop! Thank you. I needed that today.
Ted’s “You’re on fire” always makes me laugh
