I feel like their relationship "made sense’, not that it was compelling or well thought out. Hell it wasn’t even hinted at until he professed his love. From a storytelling standpoint it feels rushed, forced, or disingenuous.
While on paper the two are an ideal couple, and their relationship appears to be the only positive relationship on the show. But what does that say about the way the show treats relationships if the ‘best’ relationship on the show is the one that feels rushed and an afterthought.
They certainly got along well and made a good team but I can’t imagine what their physical intimacy (if any) would be like. Like does she just tell him what to do and he obeys? Do they even have sex?
