I see several search warrants were filed on the 18th for an iPhone, laptop, and memory stick in her open court case. I think they have her dead to rights. My question is, if she is convicted, will her and her son be deported?

If she hasn’t moved for citizenship she can be deported for a crime of moral turpitude. Don’t know if theft qualifies then again see Teresa’s ex on RHONJ. On the same hand, if she’s not a citizen her husband must be the child’s sponsor and won’t be affected by her deportation. I think it’s likely she moved for citizenship to get her son here, in which case she can’t be deported for any crime committed. That’s what I think.
Her son came with her the day she arrived on the 90 day visa though right?
