Joseph Sugarman is too high. He is objectively a horrid father, husband, and person (or horse, whatever). He is 100% a bottom tear character in every way
I’d also argue Beatrice should take that spot. Shifty person doing wrong things, however it is shown multiple times that she is doing what she believes is right/ do what is best. It is just that her own upbringing raise her so wrong
