I’m not sure I entirely agree, as someone who’s friend group definitely leans left the general opinion I’ve heard from them and online leftists is what the episode says “POC or female characters are great but they should just be new or unique like miles morales”
Thats also how I feel. Dont be lazy. Make original media. They even mention that in the episode about morales. Race swapping is just lazy pandering cash grabs. Some people fall right for it tho.
