Just found out through a news story about a couple people who were hospitalized trying to to it on their own, that fecal transplants are an actual thing. Reminds me of the time I found out nambla was an actual thing and not something that matters and try hilariously dreamt up. Sometimes the truth is stranger than fiction.
I knew about fecal transplants but I did NOT know people actually believed in spontaneous combustion.
I still don’t understand why anyone would believe that.
I mean, spontaneous combustion is real, I just don’t think it’s happened to a human.
People believe the earth is flat. I have an uncle who believes the earth is 2000 years old and dinosaur bones are a scam by scientists to disprove Christianity. Otherwise he’s an intelligent man with a successful job. I just know what not to bring up around him.
