Something that is CONSTANTLY brought up on this sub is that Mark, being human, has access to adrenaline and so he can occasionally go berserker or whatever. He can punch above his weight class because, as the adrena-camp sees it, his adrenaline makes him stronger.
Here is the thing about this theory. I’ve read the entire mainline invincible comics. I’ve watched the show. I do not, at any point, EVER, recall a reference to adrenaline helping Mark. Why do people keep suggesting this? Was there like…a note from at the end of a comic? A throwaway line in the comics I forgot about? At the very least I am almost certain there is definitely no evidence in the show of this adrenaline theory, as I have watched the show at least a dozen times.
So to people who posit the Viltrumite adrenaline hypothesis…where is your evidence? Is it ever stated anywhere that adrenaline is a thing that helps Mark? Where? I am sincerely open to being proven wrong, I just want to know why this idea is so pervasive.
It explicitly is

Yes by training and practising and fighting as he ages not just doubled in strength every century
When Mark asks him if he’s gonna have to train to be stronger Nolan says it as if it’s gonna happen naturally tho
