I am looking for suggestions for kids chapter books for my kids Christmas. He’s in kindergarten but he reads well for his age. He loves the Magic Treehouse series, wildlife, and mythology generally, but he’s not proving mature enough to handle stories with meaningful violence quite yet. He enjoys the Hobbit, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Odd and the Frost Giants, and other stuff in that vein.
