Shakina sister?

I feel like this a a dumb question lol, but is Shakinah’s sister ( who came to visit her in Turkey ), her TWIN sister? I thought it was odd there was never any mention of the fact they are identical twins, unless I just missed it somehow… Do they just look alot alike or am I correct they are identical twins?

I don’t think they’re twins but agree with everyone else here that it’s the plastic surgery
