Like how when Oliver died eve couldn’t bring him back because she was to late but Nolan said viltrumite brains can survive extended periods of time without oxygen so shouldn’t it have been possible? Or how the powerscaling makes zero sense to the point eve can’t even face off against a viltrumite child but they’re shown to be able to be restrained with certain materials. And why is it never touched upon immortals backstop? Like I hate they guy but is it ever explained why he has seemingly the same powers a viltrumites aside from his immortality?

Eve literally made herself stronger because she was so weak.She isn’t really known for her strength and durability. We’ve seen Viltrumites in cuffs multiple times. But they’re only cuffs, not that effective in battle.
Also do you mean immortals backstory because we learn how all the guardian get their powers, I think his was a curse. Also he’s not really at the level of a Viltrumites in the comic. He gets beaten multiple times.
The only materials that can hold a viltrumite are, in fact, viltrumite technology. Even doesn’t even know they exist, what are they made of or how they function
