I have a theory about the animal people in the show. This has some spoilers but is also a discussion (I can’t set my own flair so read at your own discretion)

Something I noticed about the babies born- they take after their dad’s genetics. When Diane got pregnant- it was with puppies. When bojack and Sarah Lynn went on their bender and made amends to ‘todd’ who had a quail mom and a human dad- the boy was a human. When Henrietta got pregnant it was a horse just like butterscotch.

So I keep thinking about that allele chart- how do you guys think that works? And does that explain why Pc kept having miscarriages? I know she was going through early menopause - but when she got pregnant really young, maybe it was because porcupines don’t have litters? I know mice can also have litters- but maybe that was like too many at once.

Just some thoughts.
