Hi all. Very new to reading fiction. In my current book I’ve been enjoying the thrill and the adventure of the main plot. However, I find that the main characters are making decisions fully motivated by their love for their love interest.

I do not want this in the stories that I read. Please reassure me that there are plenty of fiction books without any of this?
