If you remember the original story was her boyfriend went to jail and got deported back to Russia, and then she didn’t fill in the gaps of exactly how that lead to meeting Igor. Not that it’s that important! But yeah, I don’t think I’ve heard any Romanian out of him either, and they’ve both made the odd comment like “Russian men/women do X or Y”
