I’m so confused. I thought Kim made it very clear from the very beginning that she DID NOT want to live with his family, which is why he built the apartment for them. She compromised that they would live in the same building, but still have their own home. But now mom and brother are huffy because she’s not eating every meal with them and she behaves as though they live in two separate households? That was literally the entire point of the apartment! She NEVER wanted to live with you guys and she was extremely clear about that before they got married.
also them needing to walk through the apartment on the regular, I would be miffed too- if that was explained prior and was left out that’s one thing but it does feel like another TJ oversight.
The Kimberly stuff is genuinely incredibly hard to watch because I feel like I’m watching a woman be gaslit into madness on national TV, and everyone’s okay with it and thinks she’s in the wrong here.
Seriously, it’s like the Pillow Talkers are watching an entirely different show than I am. Kimberly was very clear about her expectations up front, in every possible way. TJ told her “sure, sure, that’s fine” up until she couldn’t easily pull back from it, and then proceeded to ignore those expectations. Kimberly, unsurprisingly, is not taking this well… and I’m apparently expected to think this is somehow her fault?
and they must pass thru her apt to get to the roof!!!
