Is it just me or does Devin try to mimic nick’s voice. Like she’s from Alabama there’s no reason for this accent. She talks all low and slow with the like weird “r” and I’m just like really? And does she like squint her eyes up on purpose or is that just natural? Am I tripping?
I almost thought she sounded Australian or British sometimes actually idk maybe I’m deaf lol But her accent / voice kind of seems to change every episode lol IMO
Yeah that too. But he has an Australian twang here and there, so that’s also why I thought she was just doing a bit of a mimic of him.
Also wanted to add didn’t Devin meet Nick in Australia? Maybe that’s why I’m picking up on some of this accent. But it’s like not every sentence so it’s odd! Because he has admitted to having sort of Australian accent right? So maybe she does too from spending time there I don’t remember how much time.
Her voice is very childlike and I don’t think that she’s very bright. Both of them are very mature for their age. Nick is already trying to dislike where he is in his mind and this piggy comment should’ve been stopped from day one. It is not nice in any culture, especially the way. He means it people are going to be turned off to this type of behavior. I certainly am.
