I always figured they lived in Mexico because he wanted to stay close to his family plus Hannah. I’m trying to think back if he’s ever been to any of the reunions in person? Have they mentioned anything about this?

      Not a lawyer but I’ve heard that if there is a visa overstay and you marry a citizen, you can petition forgiveness for that. Maybe depends on the degree of the violation

      How do you think so many illegals become legal after over staying visa and marrying partners?

      Also I think over staying visa last 10 years then you can reapply
